Whitelabel FAQ

Common questions from partners evaluating a branded voice stack.

Is whitelabel the same as an API-only integration?
No. API access lets you build on Tabbly from your own apps. Whitelabel adds branded customer-facing surfaces, partner-grade tenancy, and commercial packaging designed for resale—not just keys and endpoints.
Can we use our own domain and SSL certificates?
Yes. Production setups typically use your subdomain (for example voice.yourcompany.com) with certificates managed through our onboarding checklist so browsers and carriers trust the origin.
Who invoices the end customer?
In most partner models you keep the commercial relationship and add your margin on usage. We meter underlying minutes and platform fees according to your whitelabel agreement—exact flows are agreed during contracting.
What compliance artifacts can we share with prospects?
We provide baseline security documentation, data processing terms, and call-recording controls suitable for enterprise review. Your legal team can map these to your customer DPA; we do not provide legal advice.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Whitelabel is aimed at partners with ongoing usage. Minimums depend on regions, support tier, and branding scope—we quote after the brief so you are not paying for capacity you will not use.
