Trust Center / Data Processing Addendum
Data Processing Addendum
Tabbly provides a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) for customers who request contractual terms covering how personal data is processed when using Tabbly AI voice agents and related services.
Purpose of the DPA
When a customer requests a DPA, the addendum is intended to sit alongside Tabbly’s Terms & Conditions and clarify:
- Roles of the parties (typically customer as controller / data fiduciary, and Tabbly as processor / service provider, as applicable under the relevant law).
- Categories of personal data that may be processed in connection with voice calls, account administration, and integrations the customer configures.
- Instructions for processing, confidentiality, security measures, and assistance with data-subject / data-principal requests.
- Use of subprocessors, and how customers are notified of material changes where required by the DPA.
- Return or deletion of personal data at the end of the engagement, subject to legal retention needs and the customer’s chosen product settings.
What Tabbly does under a requested DPA
For customers who execute a DPA with Tabbly, we process personal data only to provide and improve the contracted services as documented, implement appropriate technical and organizational measures, and support audits or questionnaires as agreed in writing. Tabbly does not sell customer personal data.
Relationship to other Trust Center options
A DPA is often requested together with GDPR, DPDP, local data residency, and/or zero data retention configurations. Those are separate optional commitments and are only binding once agreed for that customer.
How to request a DPA
Email [email protected] or your Tabbly account representative with your legal entity name, contracting contact, and any required template. We will share Tabbly’s DPA or review a customer paper DPA subject to mutual agreement.
