Trust Center / Zero Data Retention
Zero Data Retention
Tabbly can configure retention so that customer call content and related processing artifacts are not kept beyond what is needed to deliver the service, when a customer requests this option in writing.
What this covers
For customers who request zero (or near-zero) data retention, Tabbly can align product configuration and operational practice so that:
- Call recordings, transcripts, and derived conversation artifacts are not retained as a default long-term archive after processing completes, except where the customer expressly enables retention in their own account settings or contract.
- Transient processing data used to run speech recognition, language models, or telephony handoffs is limited to the window required to complete the call or job.
- Where subprocessors are used for realtime inference, Tabbly works with customers to select providers and modes that support no-training / limited-retention options, subject to availability.
What Tabbly still may retain
Even under a zero-data-retention arrangement requested by a customer, Tabbly may still retain limited operational records that are not call content, such as:
- Account identity, billing, invoices, and usage metering needed to operate the commercial relationship.
- Security logs, abuse-prevention signals, and system telemetry that do not include full audio or transcript content, where required for integrity and incident response.
- Data the customer separately chooses to store in their CRM, webhooks, or third-party systems connected by the customer.
How this relates to our Terms
Unless a signed order form, DPA, or enterprise addendum states otherwise, use of Tabbly remains subject to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, including any default retention described there. Zero data retention is an optional commitment for customers who request it and complete the required onboarding with Tabbly.
Requesting zero data retention
Enterprise and regulated customers can request zero / minimal retention during procurement or later by contacting [email protected]. We will confirm scope (audio, transcripts, logs), regions, and any product features that must be disabled to honor the request.
